Maintain a Regular Cleaning Schedule

A key part of maintenance is keeping the machine clean. Dust, chips, and sludge will clog key parts and components such as the chip conveyor and coolant tray, leading to performance issues. Establish and stick to a cleaning schedule to regularly remove debris. For example, clear the chip conveyor and empty the tray every day, and deep clean the coolant tray and inspect hard-to-reach areas for buildup once a week.
