Hello! I have 3 Echo Shows, 1 first Gen and 2 latest gen. Whenever I send an announcement from one, I can say “Alexa reply” in just 1 of them and then she hears me and send the reply as another announcement”. However, on the other 2 Echos she says “I’m not sure how to help you with that” and I can’t reply. We’re in LATAM, the one I can reply from has English US/Spanish US and the Other two that can’t reply are in Spanish US. But even if I put the other two in the same language setting, the issue persists. Any reason why this could be happening??? Any way to fix it? But it looks like they are ready for the garbage. So now they don’t show up in my Alexa app. They’re completely disconnected from my account. Yet for some reason under the scenes section I still have all of the different default scenes? I have my Ring doorbell set up with Smart notifications enabled and person detection enabled. I have an Alexa routine to turn on my porch light when triggered by person detection. When I walk in front of the doorbell, my phone gets a Ring notification that a person has been detected but the porch light does not turn on. If I turn off smart notifications and change the routine to be triggered by motion detection, the porch light turns on.
